Vishal: - ‘Main kabhi batlaata nahi…par andhere se darta hoon naa maa, tujhey sab hain pataa,….meri maa...’
Darsheel: - Hey, why are you singing this song?
Vishal: - I am missing my mom in this boys’ hostel. The foods of this school hostel are just useless. The warden is a second Hitler. In my house, I was happier. My mom always cook lovely dishes. She is so caring. But, now, I am spending my time in this school hostel.
Darsheel: - Thank God that your mom is so caring towards you. My mom always scolds me. She never gives me any chance to do naughty things. At least, I have got more freedom in this school hostel. But, yeah, I also miss my mom’s cooked food. At least, my mom used to customize those dishes, as per my wish.
Gautam: - Hey, do you guys know that tomorrow is ‘Mother’s Day’. We can request to that warden to give us leave for one day, so that we can spend some time with our respective mom at our own house.
Vishal: - Nice idea. Come on; let us go the warden’s room.
*******************
Gautam: - Sir, can we come in?
Warden Arindam: - Yeah, come in. What’s the matter? I hope that you have not come here with some nuisance cases again. Last time, you people came here to give me an apology letter, because you broke the glasses of a residential building, while playing cricket on the road, as there was a Bangla Bandh on that day.
Darsheel: - No, no, Sir. This time, we have come to request for a leave for one day. We want to go to our house tomorrow.
Warden Arindam: - Why? What’s the plan? Hmm…I know you three guys very well. Again, you are going to do some nuisance.
Vishal: - No, Sir. We want to celebrate ‘Mother’s Day’ tomorrow with our respective mom.
Warden Arindam: - What? My goodness, I forgot to check today morning, whether the Sun has risen in the West or not. Anyway, just tell me, what you understand by the term ‘mother’. Now, don’t tell me that Mother Teresa is a mother-figure, and it is the perfect definition of the word ‘mother’.
Darsheel: - She is of course a mother. Our own soil, which is India, is also our mother, and we are their son only. Have you not heard the song, ‘Maa Tujhey Salaam’ of A R Rahman. All the great patriots have sacrificed their own life to provide freedom to our Mother India only.
Vishal: - Not only have that, Sir. Take the example of Ramkrishna Paramhansadev and Swami Vivekananda. They followed the instructions of their Mother Kali, the Goddess, to spread ‘Hindutva and its Socialism’ to the people of the whole world.
Gautam: - If you really love your own mom, then you should also approve the leave for one day to us, in this regard.
Warden Arindam: - Yeah, I also love my mom. There are no sons in this world, who don’t love his own mom. I love my Mother India also and always feel proud to take birth as her son. You know what my mom says to me, ‘Beta, even of you become an old man of 85 years old also, then also you will remain as my little child only.’
Darsheel: - Very much true, Sir. Mothers are always mothers and we will always remain as their little children.
Warden Arindam: - You people have so much knowledge about life, socialism and humanity at this age, but, then why you people always come out with poor results in your academics?
Vishal: - Life is, not all about Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics only. It is beyond that, Sir.
Warden Arindam: - Hmm…ok, ok, your leave is approved. After talking with you people, I am also planning to go to my mom’s place tomorrow at our village house to celebrate “HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY.”
